About the Center
The Razi Herbal Medicines Research Center was unofficially launched on December 2006 in collaboration with the LUMS and following a wide range of research projects conducted by the center's research team, was officially approved as one of the LUMS's leading research centers by the Ministry of Health and Medical Education on November 2016. Since the establishment of the Center many valuable papers and abstracts have been published in scientific journals and congresses. Moreover, Dentol (toothache pain relief drop) and Rectol (antihemorrhoid rectal ointment) are commercial products as outcomes of industry-research collaboration.
