Vision
The center plans to become one of the leading research centers in the country by doing applied and fundamental research at provincial, national, regional and international level in the field of factors affecting hepatitis and liver health, with an emphasis on the principle of justice in human health and dignity, in order to play an important role in providing, maintaining and enhancing the health of the community.

Mission
Maintaining and improving the health of the community and reducing the risk of hepatitis is one of the most important duties of education and health authorities. Conducting research on hepatitis and training target groups and establishing communication with other health centers, organs and organizations involved in the diagnosis, prevalence and treatment of liver disease in order to identify the factors affecting hepatitis and to carry out effective interventions in this field, are different ways to achieve this goal and assure the health of the community.

 Goals
  1- Prioritizing the research on hepatitis in the field covered by university
  2. Reporting the activities of Hepatitis Research Center to the academic community as well as the general public
  3- Encouraging researchers and graduate students to conduct research on hepatitis and liver diseases
  4. Quantitative and qualitative upgrading of research on hepatitis with a focus on reducing social problems in the province.
  5. Identification of beneficiaries in the digestion and liver field
  6. Increasing awareness of beneficiaries about hepatitis and liver health
  7- Identifying the target groups in order to prioritize the teaching of factors affecting liver and hepatitis diseases
  8. Planning for conducting educational and research programs for the target groups (content determination, design and implementation, evaluation)
  9. Identifying Educational Priorities in the field of Hepatitis and liver, based on target population
